Our coffee is Arabica, shade grown, in Colombia, South America.
We bring to our roasting processing plant, Colombian coffee from the following regions:
- Popayan Supremo from State of Valle del Cauca located in South Western Colombia. With notes of cacao, vanilla and nutty.
- Pitalito Supremo from State of Huila located in the central cordillera in Central Colombia. With notes of cherry/berry and vanilla.
- Bucaramanga Supremo from Santander State located in the Andean region of northern Colombia. With notes of cacao, vanilla and nutty.
All have great aroma, excellent body, medium acidity, superb flavor.
